The brief

Närhälsan is the largest healthcare provider in Gothenburg, with over 100 health centers across Västra Götaland. Their name, derived from the words närhet (closeness) and nära (close), perfectly reflects their core value of being close to their patients. However, as more private healthcare providers emerge both in the city and online, Närhälsan has been losing clients. Their goal is to increase the number of residents in the Västra Götaland region who register with them. Psssst this is a fictive case from school!

Insight:

Närhälsan is close when you need it. 

Our concept: 

Through humorous situations, we imprint the word nära (close) in people's minds. We remind them that Närhälsan is always close—but only when you need it.

The campaign also includes short commercial videos that illustrate the same situations, but in video format.
